   billion IC grease:

      National Forward Intelligence Program (CIA, NSA, DIA,
      NRO, parts of three G2s, DOE and FBI): $16bn.

      Tactical and Related Activities (warfighting support):
      $10bn.

      Joint Military Intelligence (cryptology, aerial recon,
      counter-narc and mapping): "Several billion."
