NOISE.SYS v0.5.5 (Beta)

Latest NOISE.SYS (/dev/random for DOS) is available, with incomplete 
docs.  Reply with a subject "send noise"  (or you can wait a few days for
it to appear on an ftp site).  The file's about 80k, includes '386 
assembler source.
