Furthermore, you'd be wasting pain, time, and money.
Perl5 makes it possible to do RSA in two lines of Perl :-)
And that'd leave room on your arm for the 3-line RC4!
If you want to leave the country with it, you might need
to register as an, um, international arms dealer...
