Check out http://www.gnu.org/ . They have source for all sorts of fun
stuff.  What you are looking for is in their "inetutils" package.  (Or in
BSD44.  It is listed twice.)  You also might check out some of the larger
source mirrors for Linux, like ftp.cdrom.com.
