Ray,
  I suspect it is the disturbed group-mind of the CypherPunks etherical
subconscious.
  My theory is that we take turns sending them in our sleep.
  Of course, I tend toward the Jungian perspective. Perhaps the truth
actually lies closer to the Nietzian Netherworld.
