Performance art: solar-powered low-power, low-freq modulators 
(Hams get off designing this stuff) with
digitized true noise inputs, scattered about the desert.    Maybe scattered in
a big smiley face pattern. Extra points for burst transmissions.

Too subtle for SRL but amusing nonetheless....
