Is Tim May a 'felon' under these laws? / Re: Banned smells

This would explain the cancellation of all flights between DC and
Kalifornia.
Why didn't Tim May perform a 'citizen's arrest' in Stanford? Failure
of nerve, or offsetting penalties? (Punt, Tim, punt!)
