Why Adam's delta-license text won't work...

Hi,

In contract law when a counter-offer is made by the purchaser the original
offer tendered by the seller is null and void.

This means that when Adam changes the text file, even if he goes back
afterwards and replaces the original file the actualy signature he may
put on it is null and void.
