I was going through the Canadian Book of Lists (1979) the other day.  Under
the catagory of "The 10 worst Canadian political disasters in the last 10
years" Peter Worthington puts as number one; "The secret trial of NATO;
electronics whiz, Dr. Peter Treau charged under the Official Secrets Act -
the first all-secret trial in English common law history."

Does anybody know what this was about?  Net searches give no clue.  JFA,
could you please ask the Cypherpunks folks?  This sounds like their sorta
thing...

This may provide interesting anecdotes to help us when writing pro freedom
letters and articles.
