Yes. That 5% statement in particular. One can justify any expectation by
associating 0 < p < 0.5 to it and still appear sensible when it does not
materialise.
And to others - I specifically said "for Y2K". Not quakes. Not general
preparedness. But morons are too stupid to read with comprenhension.
And Bill, Dave should not get the award - that is his standard operating
procedure :-)
