The "tragedy of the commomons" is a socialist wet dream, while we're on the
subject of public masterbation. More proof that socialism, as Bertrand
Russell observed once, is just feudalism in disguise.
The real tragedy of the "commons", is, of course, that nobody *owns* the
commons.
